Pop superstar Katy Perry is taking her legal feud to another level — demanding $5 million from an 85-year-old disabled war veteran in a bitter court battle over the $15 million Montecito mansion she bought five years ago.

The Roar singer, 41, bought the sprawling 2.5-acre estate in 2020 from businessman Carl Westcott, but the deal quickly spiraled into chaos. Westcott, who suffers from Huntington’s Disease, claimed he was “incapacitated” on painkillers when he signed the contract and tried to back out — sparking a years-long legal fight that’s become one of Hollywood’s strangest property dramas.

A judge sided with Perry in May 2024, ruling that Westcott was mentally competent at the time of sale. But now Perry’s lawyers are going for more — saying the veteran owes her nearly $4.7 million for “damages, repairs, and lost rental income.”

Her legal team argues she missed out on more than $3.5 million in rent during the prolonged battle, plus $1.3 million in repairs she says were needed after years of litigation delays.

But Westcott’s side isn’t backing down — his lawyers say Perry actually owes him money. They claim she still hasn’t paid $6 million of the $15 million price tag and accuse her of trying to “financially crush” an elderly, dying man.

Court filings show both sides firing back in Los Angeles Superior Court this month, with Perry’s team insisting she’s entitled to “justice and compensation,” while Westcott’s lawyers accuse her of “using her fame to bully” their client.

Perry even testified via Zoom in August, telling the court she stands to “lose money if this doesn’t go in my favor.”

Meanwhile, the legal brawl is playing out as Katy’s personal life takes a headline-grabbing turn — she’s reportedly smitten with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who friends say has swept her off her feet.

“She calls him her best ever lover,” one insider told RadarOnline.com. “Katy says he’s effortlessly charming, intelligent, and has a chill vibe that makes her feel like she’s living a fairytale.”

But for now, her Montecito mansion drama may be the toughest love story of all.
