In a shocking twist to the Jeffrey Epstein saga, a U.S. congressman is calling for disgraced ex-royal Prince Andrew to testify amid explosive allegations that palace insiders tried to smear Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre and salvage Andrew’s tarnished reputation.

RadarOnline.com has learned that a top-secret dossier — allegedly crafted by royal fixers with deep ties to Buckingham Palace — was designed to discredit Giuffre, who accused the prince of molesting her when she was 17.

“This is the typical palace playbook,” a source close to the investigation told RadarOnline.com. “In public, they pretend to stay silent. But behind closed doors, the royals will do anything to bury their scandals and silence their critics.”

According to insiders, the 66-page “weaponized” dossier was circulated just before Giuffre, 41, was found dead in April inside her Australian home in what officials described as an apparent suicide.

Now, Scotland Yard has launched a new probe after leaked emails revealed Prince Andrew asked a police bodyguard to dig up dirt on Giuffre back in 2011.

In one shocking message, Andrew allegedly wrote:

“It would also seem she has a criminal record in the States… I have given her date of birth and social security number for investigation.”

The explosive document reportedly included allegations involving Ghislaine Maxwell and even Sarah Ferguson, Andrew’s ex-wife. It contained claims that Giuffre contradicted herself in interviews, made millions selling her story, and provided false information about Andrew in multiple instances.

RadarOnline.com has not independently confirmed whether the prince personally approved or was even aware of the dossier — but its timing and contents have sent shockwaves through royal circles.

As the scandal deepens, U.S. Rep. Stephen Lynch, a senior member of the House Oversight Committee, told reporters he wants Prince Andrew to testify as part of the renewed Epstein probe.

“We want to hear from him directly,” Lynch said. “It’s time he answers questions about his involvement in all of this.”

Meanwhile, the Duke — who recently agreed to relinquish his title following new revelations about his continued friendship with Epstein — faces fresh legal scrutiny both in the U.K. and the U.S.

A retired British officer added bluntly: “Asking a police officer to investigate an alleged victim is, in my view, a criminal offense.”

With mounting pressure on both sides of the Atlantic, Prince Andrew’s attempt at royal rehabilitation may be over before it begins.
