Paris Jackson is getting brutally honest about her past.
The 27-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson has revealed that years of drug abuse left her with a literal hole inside her nose — a permanent reminder of the addiction she’s worked so hard to escape.
In a candid TikTok video, Paris shone a flashlight into her nostril, showing followers the damage caused by years of drug use. “I have a really loud whistle because you can hear it when I breathe through my nose,” she admitted.

Paris explained that she developed a perforated septum when she was around 20 — but she’s avoided surgery out of fear that the pain meds could trigger a relapse.
“You have to take pills when you do a surgery that gnarly,” she said. “And I don’t want to f*** with that.”
Paris didn’t sugarcoat the consequences.
“I don’t recommend it because it ruined my life,” she said, before acknowledging that everyone’s journey is different. “Or do, I mean, everyone is going to have the experience they need to have with life.”
Doctors say this kind of septum damage happens when blood flow and oxygen to the cartilage are cut off — often from snorting harsh substances that cause infection or irritation.
Paris celebrated five years sober in January and reflected on how far she’s come.
“To say that I’m thankful would be a poor euphemism,” she wrote. “It’s because I’m sober that I get to smile today. I get to make music, laugh, love my dogs and cat, and feel the sun on my skin.”
The musician, who has been open about her struggles with depression and self-harm, said she’s finally found peace. “I’m a completely different person,” she shared. “I was crazy… I was going through a lot of teen angst and dealing with depression and anxiety without help.”
Earlier this year, Paris split from her fiancé, actor Justin Long, after three years together — but she’s focusing on staying healthy and creative.
