The 20-year-old former child star, now a nursing student at Regis University, was pulling out of her driveway on Friday when another driver allegedly wasn’t paying attention and slammed into her car.
Her mom, June “Mama June” Stroud, broke the news in an emotional Instagram post. “Somebody actually wasn’t paying attention and T-boned her on her road,” Mama June said. “She is banged up a little bit, but other than that, she is OK.”
Thankfully, Honey Boo Boo walked away with just minor injuries, but Mama June pointed out it was her daughter’s “first car wreck.”
Once known for stealing the spotlight at age 6 on Toddlers & Tiaras—and later starring in her own spinoff, Here Comes Honey Boo Boo—Alana has been living in Colorado, focusing on her dream of working in neonatal care.
Now fans are just relieved she’s safe after what could have been a devastating crash.
