Prince Harry has flatly denied shocking new allegations that he punched his uncle, Prince Andrew, so hard it left him with a bloody nose.

The explosive claim emerged in Andrew Lownie’s new book, Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, where the historian asserts a heated altercation took place between Harry and Andrew. According to the book, the dispute was triggered when Andrew allegedly labeled Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, an “opportunist.”

Initially refusing to comment, Harry’s camp quickly changed course, directly denying the incident ever happened. “I can confirm Prince Harry and Prince Andrew have never had a physical fight, nor did Prince Andrew ever make those comments about the Duchess of Sussex to Prince Harry,” a spokesperson for Harry told The Daily Beast.

But author Andrew Lownie isn’t backing down. He told reporters that his source, whom he describes as close to Andrew and reliable, provided detailed information and had “no reason to make this up.”

“I stand by my source,” Lownie asserted, taking a dig at Prince Harry’s credibility by referencing past controversies. “There is a long history of the Duke of Sussex being economical with the truth.”

The drama escalates further considering the story first broke in the Daily Mail, a newspaper Harry has a notoriously contentious relationship with, involving a high-profile lawsuit set for trial in 2026.

Lownie’s book also reignited sensational claims about Andrew’s past scandals, notably allegations linked to Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein reportedly once described Andrew as someone “more obsessed with women” than himself, shockingly claiming, “We are both serial sex addicts.”

Additional shocking accounts detail Andrew’s alleged behavior during official royal trips. One incident, cited by journalist Ian Halperin, describes Andrew’s trip to Thailand in 2006, where more than 40 women allegedly visited him at his hotel.

Amid the mounting scandals and losing his royal patronages in 2022, Andrew remains without official media representation. His team has not publicly responded to Lownie’s explosive new allegations.

  1. It wouldn’t surprise me if this IS true…Harry has a short temper when it comes to his handler, um…his wife the Shrew….If he doesn’t defend her, then there’s you know what to pay when she finds out about it….She is a opportunist and a grifter…heck, BOTH she and Harry are!

  2. Even if it IS true, Andrew doesn’t exactly have clean hands either, and history can attest to that. And maybe Andrew “had it coming” to him. All families have altercations, of varying degrees. The Royals are no different. First and foremost, before anything else, they are human just like the rest of us. I can see this kind of thing happening in pretty much any family. One brother says something hinky about the other brother’s girlfriend/wife and next thing you know, they’re physically fighting. Even in a “good family”, this stuff can happen. Harry isn’t exactly the most stable person when it comes to keeping emotions in check (for whatever the reason) …. Andrew has shown to not exactly be the most stable person either when it comes to interpersonal relationships (family and non). And unless this author saw it first hand, was there when it happened, even with other people stating “hey, this isn’t true, this didn’t happen”, no one except Andrew and Harry know the *actual* truth. In the grand scheme of things on a worldwide scale, not really life-changing or earth shattering. Just a family, being a family.
