“Someone Tried to Kill My Dogs”: Trump Confidant Roger Stone Says Attack Was No Accident—And He Has Suspicions

Roger Stone, the infamous Republican political operative and longtime ally of President Donald Trump, is pointing fingers after what he calls a “deliberate attempt” to kill his two dogs. In a fiery social media post this week, Stone claimed his Yorkshire terriers—Mimi and Pee Wee 2.0—were poisoned while he was in Washington, D.C.

“Yes, it’s true,” Stone wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “While I was in Washington, someone purposely tried to poison our dogs Mimi and Pee Wee 2.0, but they have survived after several days in the animal hospital and thousands of dollars worth of veterinary bills. Sick!”

The post immediately set off alarm bells among Trump’s base, with MAGA firebrand Laura Loomer demanding the death penalty for animal abusers.

But some are raising eyebrows—given Stone’s own ugly history involving threats against animals.

Stone, who calls himself a devoted dog lover, once made headlines for threatening to kidnap a service dog named Bianca during the height of the Russia investigation in 2018. That dog belonged to radio host Randy Credico, one of Stone’s key contacts during his backchannel efforts to communicate with WikiLeaks ahead of the 2016 election.

“I’m going to take that dog away from you,” Stone raged in a now-infamous email to Credico, part of a string of unhinged threats. “You are a rat. A stoolie… my lawyers are dying Rip you to shreds.”

Credico refused to testify before Congress, invoking the Fifth Amendment. But Special Counsel Robert Mueller later subpoenaed him as part of the criminal probe into Russian election interference. When Credico finally testified before the grand jury in September 2018, he was granted permission to bring Bianca to court for support.

“I don’t have a wife or kids,” Credico told jurors. “Bianca is all I have.”

Stone was later convicted of obstructing justice, lying to Congress, and tampering with a witness—namely, Credico. He was sentenced to 40 months in prison. President Trump intervened and commuted his sentence in July 2020, sparing his loyal adviser from doing time behind bars.

But Stone never forgot who turned on him. In court, former White House strategist Steve Bannon testified that Stone “bragged” about his access to WikiLeaks and Julian Assange. That betrayal still stings.

Now, amid the shocking alleged dog poisoning, Stone appears to be fanning the flames of conspiracy once again.

After posting about the incident, a supporter on X asked, “Wonder if Steve Bannon was anywhere near your home?”

Stone’s reply? “Good question.”

The Trump ally hasn’t offered proof that the poisoning was politically motivated, nor has he shared who he believes is responsible. But his suggestion that enemies from the past may be circling again is enough to rile up MAGA Nation.

“This is more than just animal cruelty,” a Stone family friend told American Patriot Daily. “Roger has a long list of enemies. Anyone could’ve done this. But he believes it wasn’t random.”

Adding fuel to the fire, reports earlier this month revealed that Stone’s email account had been compromised in a cyberattack tied to Iranian hackers targeting the Trump campaign. While there’s no official link between the two incidents, the timing has raised eyebrows.

As of now, no suspects have been named in the apparent poisoning, and Stone has not filed a police report publicly. The two terriers are reportedly recovering at home.

Stone has yet to speak to mainstream media, but teased a possible livestream this week where he says he will “lay it all out.”

“I’ve been a target for years,” Stone said in a follow-up post. “Now they’re going after my family—furry or not.”

Stay tuned. The story of Mimi and Pee Wee 2.0 may just be the latest chapter in the wild saga of Roger Stone—and political vengeance in the Trump era.

  1. It takes a real sick and mentally twisted SOB to poison a pet animal and who’s ever responsible should severely punished. I hope Rogers dogs are recovering and the bastard(s) that did this are caught and prosecuted as well as sued civilly by Roger Stone!

  2. That Laura Loomer sure is ignorant ! Death penalty for animal abusers ? We can’t even execute criminals who kill and cut up their victims with a chain saw. Where to people like her hatch out. I don’t think I ever read anything so stupid. I certainly hope the dogs recover, and I do want to see the guilty person or persons caught and prosecuted. But, death penalty ?? Really ?
