In a tragedy that’s shaken the football world, three-time Super Bowl champion Kevin Faulk and his wife, Latisha, are mourning the heartbreaking loss of their daughter, Tanasha, who passed away unexpectedly at the age of 30.
The devastating news comes just four years after the couple lost their younger daughter, Kevione, who died suddenly in 2021 at only 19 years old. The Faulks also lost their infant son, Kevin Jr., years earlier—making this the third child the Louisiana family has had to say goodbye to.
Tanasha, remembered as a devoted mother of three, died Saturday at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center in Louisiana. Her obituary described her as a woman who “found joy in holidays, birthdays, and especially Mardi Gras,” and who “was happiest when preparing meals that brought people together.”
“She was immensely proud watching her daughters grow and learn,” the tribute read. “Her generosity, laughter, and loving nature created a sense of home wherever she went.”
Tanasha leaves behind her partner, Isaac, her daughters, her brothers Kevin III and Tavion, and her parents, who have been together since middle school. Authorities say her death is not considered suspicious.
Faulk, a Louisiana State University legend who went on to win three Super Bowls with Tom Brady and the New England Patriots, has not yet issued a public statement, but messages of support have poured in from the football community and fans nationwide.
