Exclusive: The “California Prince” might soon be just miles away from his cancer-stricken dad — but don’t expect a reunion.

Looks like the royal feud is going transatlantic. Prince Harry could find himself within driving distance of King Charles next year — yet insiders say the two men are no closer to healing their icy rift.

According to palace insiders, King Charles, 77, is planning a major state visit to the United States in the first half of 2026, marking America’s 250th “birthday.” But despite being just a few hours away from Harry and Meghan’s Montecito mansion, the monarch reportedly has “no plans” to see his youngest son.

“Proximity may not translate into reconciliation,” one royal source told RadarOnline. “This trip is about diplomacy, not family drama.”

The last time Charles and Harry saw each other was earlier this year — a tense 55-minute tea at Clarence House that ended without a handshake or photo. The meeting came after Harry lost his legal fight to get taxpayer-funded security while visiting the U.K. and released his explosive memoir Spare.

Now, insiders say the King’s upcoming visit — which could include a White House stop and July 4th events with President Trump — will leave “no room for detours.”

“State visits are jam-packed,” said a senior aide. “Every minute is scheduled. It’s hard to imagine Charles slipping away to California for family time.”

Still, those close to the King say he’s desperate to see Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4 — but palace officials worry any informal meeting could steal headlines from the diplomatic agenda.

“This isn’t the moment to mend old wounds,” another source said. “A photo of Harry and Charles would dominate the news cycle and distract from the entire state visit.”

Behind palace walls, trust appears to be at an all-time low. Courtiers claim Charles and Prince William “genuinely fear” Harry could record private conversations for future interviews or Netflix deals.

“They love him, but they don’t trust him,” one royal watcher said. “At this point, they see him as a liability.”

So while King Charles may soon touch down on U.S. soil, don’t expect any Montecito royal reunion. For now, it seems the royal cold war continues — just with better weather.
