The comedian recently took to her Substack to open up about a disturbing situation involving an alleged stalker who has been targeting her online. In a post titled “Digital Stalker,” O’Donnell described the ongoing ordeal in her signature poetic style, writing about a TikTok follower who seems “obsessed with all things Rosie.”

According to O’Donnell, the woman has found her phone number, impersonates others online, and even sends her unsettling messages. “She pretends to be others, then gloats about it… ‘Do u speak about me in therapy?’ she asks,” O’Donnell wrote. “I block her, she makes a new account.”

The comedian said she’s dealt with similar situations in the past—from fans seeking connection to individuals struggling with mental health—but this time feels different. “She has a scary vibe, a dangerous stare, a confused mind, and a freaky focus on me,” O’Donnell wrote. “Usually it breaks my heart, but not this time. As I find only anger in my heart… leave me alone b— floats through my mind.”

O’Donnell added that she doesn’t plan to name the woman, explaining, “To name her is to give her what she wants, so I won’t. Next stop restraining order. Fame is so complicated.”

She ended her post on a reflective note, saying she’s trying to focus on peace while living abroad: “So I carry on, in the light of Ireland, taking in the greenery, hanging with new friends, loving my life.”

O’Donnell has been living in Ireland since early this year, describing her move as a “self-imposed political exile.” Her relocation came amid a renewed feud with former President Donald Trump, who once again threatened to revoke her U.S. citizenship in a Truth Social post.

O’Donnell swiftly shut down that claim on Substack, reminding followers that it’s unconstitutional for anyone to revoke a person’s citizenship. “I will never renounce my American citizenship,” she wrote. “I am a very proud citizen of the United States.”

The 63-year-old comedian recently revealed she’s in the process of obtaining Irish citizenship, thanks to her family roots there. “It will be good to have my Irish citizenship,” she told The Daily Telegraph, “especially since Trump keeps threatening to take away mine.”
