Wynonna Judd’s 29-year-old daughter, Grace Kelley, is making explosive new claims against her famous mother — accusing the country star of “never being a mother” and covering up sexual abuse she allegedly suffered as a child.

In a shocking interview, Kelley alleged that Wynonna’s ex-husband, D.R. Roach, who was married to the singer from 2003 to 2007, sexually abused her when she was just 10 years old. Roach was later arrested and charged with sexual battery on a minor in 2007, pleading guilty to criminal attempt to commit aggravated sexual battery. He remains listed as an offender against children in Tennessee’s Sex Offender Registry.

“When they found out in counseling what he had done to me, they said, ‘We’re going to report this to law enforcement,’” Kelley said. “When he was arrested and it came out in the news, that’s when she divorced him.”

Judd, 61, has not publicly responded to her daughter’s allegations.

Kelley accused her mother of protecting her image rather than her child. “So is my mom rich? Yeah, she’s so rich that she was able to sweep me under the rug and abuse me and then cover it all up,” Kelley claimed. “I don’t want to talk bad about my mom, but we’ll just say she’s a good performer. She was never a mother.”

Insiders close to the family say Wynonna’s strained relationship with Grace mirrors the complicated bond she shared with her late mother, Naomi Judd. “Wynonna loves Grace and was a mom to her,” one source told RadarOnline. “They just have a complicated relationship — much like Wynonna had with her mom.”

Grace Kelley’s life has been turbulent. Between the ages of 12 and 17, she said she cycled through 14 different facilities. In 2024 alone, she was reportedly arrested three times and spent six weeks behind bars for stealing a church van in Virginia while under the influence of drugs. In 2018, she was sentenced to eight years in prison after leaving a court-ordered recovery program that was part of her parole for meth possession.

Kelley credits her sobriety today to Pastor Kent Hart and his wife, Megan, whom she met after her latest incarceration. “If it wasn’t for Pastor Kent and Megan, I would still be out there using,” she said.

While Kelley served time, Wynonna cared for her granddaughter, Kaliyah, alongside her son Elijah. Now sober, Grace says she’s focused on rebuilding her life and writing a memoir titled Pronoia.

“I believe that now’s my time,” she said. “I never had a voice before, but no matter what is said about me, the Bible says the truth will set you free.”
