Hulk Hogan’s shocking death at 71 is raising more questions than answers, and police in Clearwater, Florida, have now confirmed their investigation is still very much active.

The WWE icon, whose real name was Terry Bollea, was originally said to have died from a heart attack late last month. But his daughter Brooke isn’t buying it — and neither are investigators. She’s demanding answers, an autopsy, and even access to body cam and 911 footage that she believes could change the story of how her father really died.

According to TMZ, an occupational therapist who was with Hogan when he collapsed recently told police a surgeon had “severed” his phrenic nerve during an operation. That nerve is essential for breathing, and medical experts warn that damaging it can be fatal.

Shockingly, the therapist also claimed Hogan didn’t clutch his chest or show typical signs of a heart attack. Instead, he simply stopped breathing — fueling speculation that this wasn’t a natural death at all.

Clearwater police issued a statement saying detectives have been interviewing multiple witnesses and collecting medical records from various providers. They added the Hogan family has been “appreciative of our efforts and communication with them,” but warned the investigation will take time.

So far, officials are withholding all records, including body cam footage from the day Hogan died. Brooke insists that footage could be the key to exposing what really happened.

In an emotional Instagram rant, Brooke revealed she’s been urged by professionals — from police officials to nurses — to demand the release of both body cam and 911 tapes. She believes those recordings could “shed enough light to change the narrative” of her father’s death.

Adding to her heartbreak, Brooke admitted she has no idea if or when her father will be cremated. “Could have been right after he died, could be tomorrow. I don’t know,” she wrote.

Hogan’s wife, Sky Daily, later confirmed his body had not been cremated but did reveal that an autopsy was performed. She told TMZ Sports that his phrenic nerve had indeed been “compromised” during a surgery, validating the shocking claims.

Brooke, who had been begging for an autopsy from the start, blasted Hogan’s doctor, questioning how he could have signed off on the death certificate at all.

With police still digging and the family demanding answers, one thing is clear: the final chapter in Hulk Hogan’s legendary life is far from written.
