Virginia Giuffre, the woman who spent years exposing the disturbing web of Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking operation, never minced words when it came to Bill Clinton — whom she once described as a “sleaze dog” after a bizarre and unsettling first encounter on Epstein’s private island.

Long before her tragic suicide on April 25, Giuffre had gone public with shocking claims about Clinton’s involvement with Epstein. In a past interview obtained by RadarOnline, she described meeting the former president in 2002 during what she called a “romantic getaway” to Epstein’s notorious island in the U.S. Virgin Islands — where sex parties, underage girls, and “lesbian pageants” were allegedly the norm.

“We all dined together that night,” she said. “Jeffrey was at the head of the table. Bill was at his left, and Ghislaine Maxwell was at Bill’s left.” Also present were two young brunettes from New York, whom Giuffre said were “no older than 17.” She added, “I’d never met them before… Maybe Jeffrey thought they would entertain Bill.”

Giuffre claimed that during the dinner, she quietly asked Epstein why Clinton was there. “He owes me a favor,” Epstein allegedly replied — without ever explaining what kind.

Clinton has repeatedly denied ever visiting the island, but flight logs show he took at least 27 trips on Epstein’s private jet — a plane Giuffre described as having a bed specifically used for midair sexual encounters. “There would be foreplay, massages… sometimes it would lead to orgies,” she recalled.

Although Giuffre insisted she never had sex with Clinton and never saw him engage in anything illegal, her descriptions of the environment surrounding him were damning. She claimed to have been abused by Epstein, trafficked as a teenager, and forced into group sex with men like Prince Andrew and others while on the island.

Clinton’s name never appeared in Epstein’s black book, but references to “42” and his longtime aide Doug Band did — raising even more questions about how deep the ties ran.

Just weeks before her death, Giuffre posted a disturbing selfie covered in bruises, claiming she was in kidney failure and had only days to live. She pleaded publicly to see her children “one last time.” Her lawyer later confirmed she had been involved in a bus crash, though some have speculated whether the full story has been told.

In a statement following her death, Giuffre’s family called her “a fierce warrior” who battled trauma her entire life. “She lost her life to suicide after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking,” they wrote.
