Brad Pitt has landed in one of the strangest celebrity lawsuits of the year.

The Oscar-winning actor is being sued by a luxury skincare company best known for selling a high-end “penis cream,” according to AirMail.

Yes, really.

The Malibu-based brand Beau D. claims Pitt’s skincare company, Beau Domaine, is using a name that is just too close to its own. Now, the small but cheeky company is taking legal action and demanding that Pitt’s brand stop using the name.

Pitt’s skincare line originally launched in 2022 as Le Domaine. The brand was created in partnership with a well-known French winemaking family and leaned heavily into the actor’s luxury vineyard world.

The products use ingredients tied to wine country, including a patented compound made from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grapes. Pitt also owns Château Miraval in France, the winery that has been at the center of his long and bitter divorce battle with Angelina Jolie.

But last year, Pitt’s company changed its name from Le Domaine to Beau Domaine.

That is when Beau D. apparently had enough.

The brand, founded by former Men’s Vogue and Teen Vogue staffer Brandon Palas, reportedly tried three times to settle the matter privately before filing legal papers.

Beau D. is now accusing Pitt’s skincare line of false designation of origin and unfair competition under California law.

The company is seeking more than $75,000 in damages and wants Pitt’s brand blocked from using the Beau Domaine name.

And the product at the center of this very unusual fight is not exactly subtle.

Beau D. sells a $56 “D. Cream,” which the company also calls “crème pénis.” Its website even reportedly features a sperm-shaped cursor.

The brand claims the cream “puts power in your package,” while Palas told AirMail that the product is meant to help add plumpness to the skin, support collagen production, and slow signs of aging.

Despite the eyebrow-raising lawsuit, legal experts who spoke to AirMail reportedly suggested Beau D. may have a tough road ahead.

In other words, Pitt may not be in as much trouble as the lawsuit makes it sound.

Still, the case has created the kind of bizarre celebrity headline that almost sounds made up.
