Pamela Anderson is speaking out about an uncomfortable moment she says ruined her night at the Golden Globes.

The Baywatch icon, 58, revealed she left the awards ceremony early after finding herself seated near Seth Rogen, a situation she says brought up painful emotions tied to the controversial Hulu series Pam & Tommy.

According to Anderson, the proximity alone made the night feel off.

“He was in the pit at the Golden Globes, so we were close,” she explained. “It just felt a little yucky.”

Anderson has long been outspoken about her anger over Pam & Tommy, the dramatized series about her marriage to Tommy Lee, which she says was created without her consent.

“Seth Rogen, he did that without talking to me,” Anderson said. “How can someone make a TV series out of the most difficult times in your life? I’m a living, breathing human being over here.”

She has described the show as reopening what she considers one of the darkest chapters of her life, making the run-in at the Golden Globes especially unsettling.

“I may have just felt like, ‘I’m not chopped liver over here,’” she added.

Despite staying busy — Anderson said she’s completed five movies in the past year — she admitted moments like this can still take an emotional toll.

“I’ve been working nonstop, but sometimes it hits you and you feel kind of down,” she said. “It just lingered.”

When interviewer Andy Cohen asked whether an apology from Rogen would matter, Anderson didn’t dismiss the idea entirely.

“Maybe he’ll reach out and apologize,” she said. “Not that that matters.”

Anderson also pushed back against the idea that being a public figure means losing all boundaries.

“When you’re a public person, they say you have no right to privacy,” she said. “But your darkest, deepest secrets or tragedies shouldn’t be fair game for a TV series. That really p—– me off.”

She admitted she still feels uncomfortable in elite Hollywood rooms, even around familiar faces, and often feels like she doesn’t belong.

While she didn’t confront Rogen at the ceremony, Anderson joked she did so mentally.

“I didn’t make a beeline for him,” she said. “But in my mind, I did — and really told him how I felt.”

The actress also reflected on her strained relationship with Lee, with whom she shares two adult sons, admitting they rarely speak now.

“I don’t like it,” Anderson said. “I wish we had a better relationship.”

For Anderson, the Golden Globes encounter was a reminder that some Hollywood wounds never fully fade — especially when they play out on the world’s biggest stages.

  1. Pamela you deserve the dignity of your own story and privacy. No one should violate that no matter the reason. He was wrong to exploit you in this manner. What was the point of it ? May you find a decency and recapture your place in the world. All that you experienced has a reason for each season and lesson to teach others or even share your story not for someone’s career advancement .
