Priscilla Presley is hitting back hard against explosive accusations that she “pulled the plug” on her daughter Lisa Marie Presley in a twisted attempt to seize control of the Elvis family fortune. The shocking claim comes as Priscilla, 80, is locked in an ugly multi-million-dollar legal battle with her former business partners.
The drama stems from an ongoing feud between Priscilla and memorabilia dealer Brigitte Kruse along with her former associate Kevin Fialko. Priscilla originally accused the two of elder abuse and financial fraud, claiming they manipulated her into signing over as much as 80 percent of her earnings — worth more than $1 million — in what she described as a predatory deal.
In response, Kruse and Fialko fired back with a $50 million countersuit, alleging Priscilla ignored “warning signs” before Lisa Marie’s tragic death from cardiac arrest in 2023 and suggesting she had financial motives.
According to court documents, Kruse and Fialko accuse Priscilla of knowing Lisa Marie planned to remove her as sole trustee of her irrevocable life insurance trust. They claim she “saw an opportunity to regain control” and even allege that Priscilla “pulled the plug within hours” of Lisa being admitted to the hospital — despite directives to prolong her life.
Priscilla’s attorney, Marty Singer, slammed the allegations as “nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an 80-year-old woman,” adding, “These fabricated claims have absolutely no validity, and we are confident this case will be dismissed.”
A source close to Priscilla said she is devastated by the accusations, calling them “incomprehensible.” “She would give anything — her own life if she could — to have Lisa Marie back,” the insider said. “It’s unbearable that she’s facing these claims after burying her own daughter.”
The legal war between Priscilla and Kruse dates back to 2021, when Priscilla claims she was “groomed” and manipulated into trusting Kruse. According to Priscilla’s lawsuit, Kruse allegedly bombarded her with daily messages expressing admiration and friendship, while secretly isolating her from her closest advisors.
Kruse, however, paints a very different picture. In a separate lawsuit filed in September 2023, she accused Priscilla of breaching their contract and claimed she owed $700,000 in unpaid taxes and was “60 days away from financial collapse.”
Both sides have hurled serious accusations, with Priscilla’s team labeling Kruse a “con artist and pathological liar” who “meticulously manipulated” the Presley matriarch, while Kruse argues she was managing Priscilla’s affairs responsibly.
The bitter battle has now spiraled into one of the Presley family’s most contentious legal fights since Lisa Marie’s untimely death — and insiders say the mounting claims could drag on for years.
