Brad Pitt is turning up the heat in his never-ending legal fight with ex-wife Angelina Jolie — this time demanding access to her private messages, which he believes could blow open their battle over a once-shared French winery.

According to newly filed court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Pitt, 61, claims he’s hitting roadblocks trying to obtain key evidence, including communications between Jolie, 50, and a man named Alexey Oliynik — a player connected to the Russian-owned Stoli Group, the company that bought Jolie’s stake in Château Miraval.

The luxury vineyard in southern France, once a romantic getaway for the pair, has become ground zero in a multi-year war between the exes. Jolie sold her shares to Stoli in 2021, a move Pitt insists was “vindictive” payback in the wake of their messy custody battle. He says she did it without his required approval — and now he wants the sale reversed.

Oliynik, who Pitt says holds insider knowledge of the deal, has reportedly refused to be deposed, arguing he lives in Switzerland and isn’t subject to U.S. jurisdiction. Pitt’s legal team says those communications are critical to their case, accusing Jolie’s side of stonewalling once again.

The former couple, who split in 2016, are preparing for a 15-day trial, though a start date hasn’t been set. Pitt still holds his stake in Miraval through his company Mondo Bongo, while Jolie’s shares were held under her firm Nouvel — the entity that’s now suing Pitt back.

Nouvel’s countersuit accuses Pitt of mismanaging the winery’s finances and using the estate’s money on “vanity projects,” calling it his personal “piggy bank.” Pitt has denied the claims and is fighting to get the case dismissed.

Jolie has claimed she backed out of an earlier deal to sell to Pitt after he allegedly demanded she sign an NDA — which she said was meant to silence her about “years of abuse.” Pitt has denied that allegation too.

For now, the legal war rages on — with billions of dollars, reputations, and a vineyard caught in the crossfire.
