Is Vladimir Putin cooking up the next global health disaster? Sources say yes—and it’s far more sinister than anyone imagined.
RadarOnline.com has learned that the Russian president may be secretly developing a lab-grown virus eerily similar to COVID-19. Insiders allege this chilling new pathogen is part of a twisted plan to plunge the world into chaos if his grip on power slips.
The bizarre claims come from the mysterious Russian Telegram channel General SVR, long rumored to be run by former Kremlin insiders. They allege Putin’s scientists learned from the global handling of COVID and are preparing a stronger, more controllable virus—complete with a Russian-made vaccine that only Putin can unleash.
According to whispers from international intel circles, Putin’s plan is simple but terrifying: unleash a pandemic, then offer the cure—but only to countries that play by his rules.
“It’s an old trick,” said one U.S. intelligence insider. “Start the fire, then sell the water.” Another source suggested it could be a pressure tactic: “He’s using fear to reassert dominance on the world stage.”
But here’s the catch—no one’s sure if the threat is real. General SVR has a history of getting it right, but skeptics say the channel could just as easily be a psychological warfare tool run by Ukrainian intel.
“Whether it’s truth or fiction, the risk is too big to ignore,” one CIA contact warned.
As if a possible man-made virus wasn’t enough, reports have surfaced of Putin building a new covert unit dubbed the SSD, short for the Department of Special Tasks. It’s reportedly made up of ex-cons trained in sabotage, cybercrime, and even assassination.
The SSD allegedly rose from the ashes of the Soviet-era KGB and has already been linked to several violent plots across Europe, including a foiled attempt to assassinate the CEO of a German weapons manufacturer and a sinister plan to bomb DHL cargo planes.
Dr. Lance Hunter, an intelligence analyst and professor, says the SSD’s specialty is creating “chaos and unease.” Their operatives—many with criminal pasts—are picked for their ability to move in the shadows and disappear without a trace.
“The Kremlin is outsourcing dirty work,” said MI6 chief Richard Moore. “They can’t rely on their own people anymore, so they’re turning to criminals.”
As the war in Ukraine drags on and Putin’s paranoia deepens, the world is left wondering: Is this the opening act of something far worse?
Stay tuned—because if even part of this is true, the next global crisis could already be brewing behind closed Russian lab doors.
