Republicans demand transparency as medical revelations mount and insiders spill new details of internal panic over Biden’s declining condition
A small but potentially serious nodule was discovered in Joe Biden’s prostate during a recent medical exam, reigniting a firestorm of concerns about the former president’s health—and whether his inner circle has gone too far to hide the truth from the American people.
The finding came during what the Associated Press described as a “routine exam,” but sources close to Biden’s camp confirm the discovery “required further evaluation,” raising alarms about the health of the 82-year-old Democrat, who remains an influential figure in his party’s leadership despite stepping away from frontline politics.
No further updates were offered by Biden’s spokesperson, who ignored repeated requests for comment from Fox News Digital on Tuesday.
The news comes just days after bombshell allegations emerged in a newly published book claiming that Biden aides seriously considered using a wheelchair for public appearances had he won re-election in 2024. According to insider sources, staff feared that without physical assistance, the then-president would collapse during key moments of his campaign.
“People around him were terrified,” one former adviser reportedly said. “There were rehearsals—literal walk-throughs—to try and keep the optics under control.”
This latest prostate concern adds to a growing medical history that critics say the White House has downplayed or outright concealed. In 2023, Biden underwent a skin biopsy that revealed a cancerous basal cell carcinoma had been removed from his chest. Though his physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, described the lesion as “successfully treated” and said “no further treatment is required,” many on Capitol Hill weren’t convinced.
“If the American people had the full picture of Biden’s health in real time, we would have seen a very different 2024 race,” said Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX), a former White House physician who has long called for cognitive testing of the president. “They’ve been managing optics, not medicine.”
Adding fuel to the fire, Biden and his wife Jill appeared on The View last week where they angrily dismissed accusations of a health cover-up as “wrong.” But critics noted Biden’s speech appeared slurred at moments, and his delivery lacked the strength and clarity expected of a former commander-in-chief.
The Bidens’ response hasn’t stopped Republican leaders and voters alike from demanding greater transparency.
“This isn’t about politics anymore—it’s about honesty and national security,” said former NRCC communications chair Matt Gorman on America’s Newsroom. “We were told he was fit. Now we find out that even his team was quietly preparing for the worst.”
While the White House continues to monitor Biden’s condition, questions swirl over whether other undisclosed health issues are still being kept out of public view—and whether Democratic leadership deliberately misled Americans in an effort to cling to power.
With Biden’s age, health, and capability once again in the spotlight, Republicans are doubling down on their call for medical transparency—not just for Biden, but for any leader seeking power.
“Trust is earned,” said Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO). “And right now, Biden’s camp has a credibility problem that no amount of daytime talk show spin can fix.”

I feel that Biden was in good health, and the slurring of speech is something he had since he was a young boy, he was born with speech impairment and people should just stop already. He is getting old, and maybe we need to let him be in privacy not meddle in private lives. It is his private affairs not people that bash him all the time.

Let this man rest in privacy. He’s no longer leading our country, what difference does it make about health concerns now. These people need to be worrying about the orange leader and what’s their outcome-whether we are being led to a war or dictatorship. If the man is sick or not; these nosy people aren’t going to volunteer to bear whatever medical problem he’s been diagnosed with for him. They need to mind their business-or maybe they don’t have enough business of their own.
