Paris — A daring stowaway from New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport has been detained in Paris after a chaotic and clandestine journey that ended in a disruptive outburst on her return flight.
The woman, reportedly in her 50s and holding both a Russian passport and a U.S. green card, slipped past multiple layers of airport security before boarding Delta Flight 863 from JFK to Charles de Gaulle Airport earlier this week. The stowaway allegedly concealed herself in a rear lavatory during takeoff and intermittently occupied empty seats throughout the flight. Despite the aircraft being reportedly full, officials confirmed she managed to move unnoticed by flight attendants and passengers alike.
