Former NFL superstar Antonio Brown has reignited his bitter feud with former Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach Bruce Arians in shocking fashion, posting a video that appeared to show him urinating on the Super Bowl ring they won together.
Brown shared the brief clip on social media Thursday, Oct. 8, along with an expletive-filled message directed at Arians.

The bizarre stunt came after Arians publicly revisited Brown’s infamous departure from the Buccaneers during a January 2022 game against the New York Jets — an incident that effectively brought Brown’s NFL career to an end.
Brown, now 38, was once considered one of the most dominant wide receivers in football. He earned seven Pro Bowl selections and four first-team All-Pro honors during a career that included stops with the Pittsburgh Steelers, New England Patriots and Buccaneers.
He joined Tampa Bay during the 2020 season and helped the team capture Super Bowl LV, catching a touchdown from Tom Brady in the Buccaneers’ 31-9 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in February 2021.
But less than a year later, Brown’s time in Tampa Bay ended in one of the strangest scenes in recent NFL history.
During a Jan. 2, 2022, game at MetLife Stadium, Brown removed his jersey and shoulder pads on the sideline, waved to the crowd and ran shirtless toward the tunnel while the game was still being played.
Arians later announced that Brown was no longer a member of the team. Tampa Bay formally terminated his contract several days later.
More than four years after the dramatic breakup, Arians discussed the episode during an appearance on Steelers defensive lineman Cam Heyward’s “Not Just Football” podcast.
Arians acknowledged that he may have played a role in how the confrontation escalated.
According to Arians, injuries to receivers Mike Evans and Chris Godwin had increased expectations that Brown would play a major role in Tampa Bay’s offense. But Arians said the Jets began double-teaming Brown, allowing tight end Rob Gronkowski to receive more opportunities over the middle.
Arians claimed Brown became frustrated over his lack of targets and indicated that he did not want to return to the game.
The former coach said he then told Brown to leave — and Brown did exactly that.
Despite their explosive falling-out, Arians also praised Brown’s work ethic, describing him as an extremely hard worker who sometimes created problems for himself.
Brown has long disputed that version of events.
Shortly after the 2022 incident, Brown issued a lengthy statement insisting that he did not abandon his teammates because he was unhappy about receiving fewer passes.
Instead, Brown claimed he was dealing with a painful ankle injury and told Arians he could not safely continue playing.
Brown alleged that Arians became angry and told him he was finished with the team after Brown refused to return to the field.
“I didn’t quit. I was cut,” Brown said at the time, maintaining that coaches were aware of his ankle problems before the game.
The Buccaneers publicly challenged Brown’s account.
When the team terminated his contract, Tampa Bay acknowledged that Brown had received treatment for his ankle and had appeared on the injury report before the Jets game. However, the organization said its medical staff had cleared him to play and maintained that Brown did not tell the medical staff during the game that he was unable to continue.
The team also said it had attempted to arrange an evaluation with an outside orthopedic specialist following the incident.
Those conflicting accounts have remained at the center of Brown and Arians’ feud ever since.
Brown’s latest social media post makes clear that the former receiver has not forgotten the dispute.
The video quickly attracted attention from football fans, with many expressing disbelief that Brown would apparently disrespect the ring commemorating the only Super Bowl championship of his NFL career.
Brown has not appeared in an NFL game since walking off the field that afternoon in New Jersey.
His playing career ended with 928 receptions, 12,291 receiving yards and 83 receiving touchdowns — numbers that place him among the most productive receivers of his era.
But years after his final NFL snap, Brown’s turbulent breakup with Tampa Bay continues to follow him, and his latest stunt has once again put one of football’s most infamous player-coach feuds back in the spotlight.
