Jeff Bezos is throwing billionaire muscle behind Melania Trump’s upcoming film as early ticket sales reportedly fail to ignite — sparking whispers that Amazon is in full-blown damage-control mode.

Sources tell RadarOnline.com that after shelling out a jaw-dropping $75 million for acquisition and marketing, Bezos is now determined to turn Melania’s glossy documentary into a must-see event, even as advance sales struggle to justify the massive investment.

Insiders say executives from Amazon MGM Studios are being flown into nearly two dozen cities to host red-carpet premieres in a desperate bid to drum up buzz. The crown jewel will be a high-profile gala premiere in Washington, D.C., where Melania and her husband, President Donald Trump, are expected to make a headline-grabbing appearance at the Kennedy Center.

The aggressive push comes as projections reportedly peg the film’s opening weekend at around $5 million — a shockingly low figure considering the film will debut in roughly 1,400 theaters across 27 countries, an enormous rollout for a documentary.

Amazon’s spending spree has raised eyebrows across Hollywood. The company allegedly paid $40 million just for the rights, then piled on another $35 million in marketing — a level of backing usually reserved for blockbuster franchises, not political passion projects.

The film follows Melania during the tense 20 days leading up to Trump’s January 2025 presidential inauguration, painting an intimate portrait of a woman long known for guarding her privacy. Sources say the project has been years in the making, with Melania herself pitching the concept directly to Jeff Bezos and his then-girlfriend Lauren Sánchez during a visit to Mar-a-Lago.

That relationship appears to have paid off. Bezos and Sánchez later made a show of support by attending Trump’s inauguration — and now Bezos is going all in to ensure Melania’s film doesn’t flop.

Melania’s longtime agent and senior advisor Marc Beckman insists the project is being misunderstood. Speaking to Fox News Digital, he claimed Melania was involved in every creative detail and wanted something far bigger than a standard political doc.

“This is not a documentary,” Beckman stressed. “This is a film.”

According to Beckman, viewers will see rare behind-the-scenes moments with Trump, interactions with the Secret Service, meetings with world leaders — and plenty of high-fashion visuals designed to remind audiences of Melania’s carefully curated image.

Trump has offered only a teaser reaction so far, but sounded confident earlier this month. “I’ve seen pieces of it — it’s incredible,” he said, predicting it would capture attention just as Melania’s 2024 memoir did when it shot to bestseller status.

That book traced her journey from Slovenia to the White House. Now, with Bezos bankrolling a global theatrical rollout, Melania is making her boldest move yet — betting that star power, spectacle, and billionaire backing can overcome sluggish ticket sales and turn her cinematic debut into a political and pop-culture moment.

Mr. BEZO I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE A VERY RICH MAN. what I didn\’t understand is why are your people wasting your money on store rental fees for several years on a store that was remodeled and just sits there unopened. It seems like a waste of money. The store is located in Sayreville NJ. When work first started the community was very excited for the work to be completed and yet it just sits there empty. Please let me know if there are any plans to finish the remodeling in the near future. THANK you for YOUR TIME. John Simeone I am a member of the South Amboy Knights of Columbus Council 426
