Priscilla Presley is pulling no punches in her new tell-all, Softly, As I Leave You: Life After Elvis — and insiders say the 80-year-old’s words are leaving family and fans stunned.

According to the explosive memoir, Priscilla openly blames her late daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, for the collapse of her marriage to Elvis. A source close to the Presley clan told RadarOnline.com the book feels like Priscilla is “spitting on her daughter’s grave,” reopening decades of bitter mother-daughter feuds.

“She was always jealous of Lisa,” the insider said. “Elvis gave Lisa his full attention, and Priscilla never got over it.”

The book doesn’t hold back. Priscilla recalls Elvis even suggesting she get an abortion after she got pregnant with Lisa Marie on their wedding night. She also claims Elvis lost interest in her after Lisa’s birth, saying, “He had never been able to make love to a woman who’d had a child.”

Behind-the-Scenes Feuds

Priscilla paints a raw picture of years of clashes with her daughter. “They would go months without speaking,” the source said, adding that Lisa endured being “treated badly by her mother.”

The Naked Gun star also admits she introduced Lisa to Scientology after Elvis’ death, and later discovered her teenage daughter was experimenting with drugs like cocaine and sedatives.

Even Lisa’s marriages come under fire. Priscilla writes that she never believed Michael Jackson truly loved Lisa — insisting he only wanted to marry into the Presley dynasty. “I knew in my bones that Michael wasn’t marrying Lisa Marie; he was marrying the Presley name,” she claims.

Family Fallout

The book also touches on Priscilla’s decision not to back Lisa in her bitter custody fight with ex Michael Lockwood over their twins, Harper and Finley. “Signing it would be perjury,” Priscilla explains of refusing to declare Lockwood unfit.

The revelations have reportedly rattled Riley Keough, Lisa Marie’s daughter and Elvis’ granddaughter, though sources say she’s choosing to stay quiet — for now.

Meanwhile, Priscilla is also entangled in a nasty fraud lawsuit with former business partners, who accuse her of exploiting Lisa Marie’s death for financial gain.

With Presley family wounds once again thrust into the spotlight, Priscilla’s memoir is shaping up to be one of the most controversial Hollywood tell-alls of the year.
