Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, allegedly relied far more on Jeffrey Epstein’s financial support than previously revealed — with the disgraced financier quietly covering her mounting debts for years, even after his 2008 conviction for child sex offenses.

Royal biographer Andrew Lownie, author of the explosive new book Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, claims Epstein’s relationship with Ferguson and Prince Andrew was deeper, messier, and more scandalous than anyone ever admitted.

A Secret Financial Lifeline

According to Lownie, Sarah Ferguson accepted significant sums from Epstein to pay off personal debts — far more than the reported $20,000. Insiders allegedly told him Epstein covered “substantial expenses” over the years, keeping Ferguson afloat while feeding his own ambitions for power and influence.

“For Epstein, Andrew offered status, respectability, and access,” Lownie explained. “For Andrew, Epstein provided introductions, luxury, and, crucially, help with Sarah’s spiraling bills.”

Entangled With Epstein

The shocking claims go further — alleging that both Andrew and Sarah remained in Epstein’s orbit years after Andrew’s infamous 2010 New York visit, which the prince insisted was to “end their friendship.”

One source described Andrew’s relationship with Epstein as “like a rattlesnake and a mouse,” adding that Epstein’s influence stretched well beyond his prison sentence. “Not only after Epstein’s prison term, but at least five years beyond 2010, both Andrew and Sarah remained close,” Lownie alleged.

Marriage, Divorce, and Dependency

While Andrew and Sarah divorced in 1996, the two never truly separated. They continue to live together at Royal Lodge, Windsor, and Lownie claims Andrew’s ties to Epstein partly stemmed from his desire to maintain Ferguson’s expensive lifestyle.

“She was described to me as both greedy and needy,” the author wrote. “Those traits didn’t help Andrew — and they drove him deeper into Epstein’s world.”

A Royal Reputation Under Fire

Ferguson has publicly denied heavy financial reliance on Epstein, but the revelations raise fresh questions about just how far Epstein’s money reached into royal life.

Lownie also claimed that the royal household tried to block publication of his book, threatening legal action before even seeing the manuscript.

Epstein’s death in 2019, officially ruled a suicide, continues to fuel conspiracy theories — and with these new revelations, scrutiny on his ties to Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson is certain to intensify.
