Tori Spelling’s already turbulent year took a frightening turn when the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star and several children were rushed to the hospital following a shocking car crash in Southern California.

The 52-year-old actress was behind the wheel on April 2 in Temecula — about 80 miles outside Los Angeles — when disaster struck. According to authorities, another driver allegedly blew through a red light and slammed into Spelling’s vehicle, triggering a chaotic scene that sent emergency crews scrambling.

Inside the car were four of Spelling’s children along with three of their friends, turning what should have been a routine drive into a nightmare in seconds.

Deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office arrived around 5:45 p.m. to find two badly damaged vehicles at the scene. Witnesses described a jarring impact, with debris scattered across the roadway as first responders worked quickly to assess the victims.

All eight occupants were evaluated on-site before being transported to a nearby hospital in three separate ambulances — a chilling sign of how serious the crash appeared in the moment.

Sources say Spelling and the children suffered a range of injuries, including cuts, bruises, contusions, and even concussions. Despite the severity of the collision, officials confirmed that no arrests were made.

Footage from the scene showed the shaken actress speaking with law enforcement as paramedics moved in and out of the wreckage, tending to those involved.

It remains unclear which of Spelling’s five children — Liam, Stella, Hattie, Finn, and Beau — were in the vehicle at the time.

The terrifying crash comes on the heels of growing concern surrounding Spelling’s health and personal life. Just weeks earlier, she abruptly backed out of a scheduled Las Vegas appearance with former co-star Brian Austin Green, citing a need to focus on her well-being.

Behind the scenes, insiders claim the situation has been far more intense than publicly revealed.

“This is not like Tori at all,” one source said. “She’s been under an incredible amount of pressure.”

Friends say the actress has been juggling mounting financial stress, single parenthood, and lingering tensions from her split with ex-husband Dean McDermott — all while trying to keep life stable for her five children.

“She’s completely exhausted,” another insider alleged. “It’s just one thing after another.”

For now, the focus remains on recovery after a crash that could have ended far worse — and a reminder of just how quickly everything can change in a split second on the road.
